The Oregon Scientific SE102 Heart Rate Monitor Watch is an entry-level heart rate watch with basic heart rate measurement and calories burned features. With a simple tap on the lens of this Oregon Scientific SE102 Heart Rate Monitor Watch, you can change the readouts to display relevant information. The included chest belt transmitter is worn comfortably against the skin. The chest belt picks up the heart signals, and sends them wirelessly to the watch. The Oregon Scientific SE102 Heart Rate Monitor Watch receives and shows heart rate signal. The upper and lower heart rate zone alarm can be programmed as a visual or vibrating alert.

Don't buy it!!!
I bought this thing and it monitors my heart rate just fine but it won't tell me how many calories I'v burned no matter what setting I have it on!!!

Great choice for a heart rate monitor
I still haven't learned every little thing you can do with this, but it is a great little watch. The timer is handy when I need to clock something in and out. The heart rate monitor seems to work well once you figure out it must go on your chest. You conveniently have the date right on your watch, so no more curiosity there. And you even have the option of flicking the screen of the watch to make it immediately go to the heart rate display. Plus the price is pretty decent.
