Never worked and spent hours with multiple levels of tech support tryin to manipulate my software and hardware. These routers are 4 yrs old and have a 50-50 chance of working. D-Link is good manufacturer but these routers are not so good.

Instructions easy to use.. clear step by step setup procedure. Then used the install disk which has a easy wizard to use, in each computer on my network.
Have had no problem with this router and it has my recommendation. I also purchased various CAT6 cabling to go with it - longest cable I bought & am using is 50 feet. Good cost, good product(s).

I was a little worried, due to some of the bad reviews on this product. The automatic install did not work, but technical support walked me though it. Total time was about 20 minutes, counting the hold time.
I plan to buy another one in about a week for another office.

Don't waste your money. This thing worked fine for 6 months or so, then random connection drop outs. After about 2 months of this, now, I need to reboot it 2-3 times per day to keep online. I play WOW, and it is fine for a bit, then game locks up. Only way I have found to recover, is reboot this piece of junk. DLink tech support is useless, they replied to 1 email, asked for more info, and after I sent that back they haven't replied ever again. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK.
Very disappointing performance

This router was problematic as soon as it was installed. It may be adequate for lower-traffic home networks, but it would not support 4 simultaneous users browsing the web. It had persistent DNS timeouts that were immediately remedied when I reinstalled my older SMC router back in its place. I've returned this unit for refund.
