I've had this monitor since 03/07 which I bought from Tiger Direct for $186.00 to the door. The only problem that I have had is a stuck pixel and all I did was very carefuly touch it and that fixed it for awhile every now and again it will do it again but no big problem since it is really only noticeable on a dark screen. I would recomend this monitor for all first time lcd buyers or if you want to upgrade your old monitor. The graphics are good in games like Doom 3, Prey, Quake 4 and Crysis just to name a few. Video quality on dvd movies is also good. Just to let you know this was the first lcd monitor that I bought and would do it all over again if I had too. Ordered this monitor on Monday had it on Thursday. Set up was a breeze, plug and go. Excellent color and picture. The Tiger will never let you down. |

I **strongly** recommend this Acer 19-inch standard-aspect AL1916Cbd LCD monitor for any users who are uncertain about upgrading from an outdated CRT to an LCD. This wasn't only my first LCD monitor; it was first new monitor of *any* type. I wasn't sure I'd be able to see text easily at this screen's native resolution. I took a chance on this low- priced model. I never expected I'd be delighted by this device in every respect, but I *am.* Text isn't only fully legible at 1280 by 1024 & at 120 DPI: it's beautiful. I don't see any defective pixels. I create many graphic images. Most are simple vectors: annotated screen shots. They're big & bold on this screen. I do all of my local navigation in Windows Explorer's 2-pane Windows Classic view. This new monitor gives me far better views of the various ''landscapes'' in my system. Amazing clarity,great color. The monitor is also sharp looking physically with silver controls,nice flat stand which is very sturdy. easy to adjust. My games took on a new face!! The shipping was also very fast,like next afternoon. amazing. I love tiger direct. Jack |

This is a great monitor! I bought two of them and an Ergotron dual monitor stand (Tiger Number E302-1082). Together the pair make a 32'' wide display! I am so pleased with this setup. Acer has been making fine products for years and this is another prime example. Great picture and no dead pixels on either one. |

The monitor arrived in 2 days from ordering. The screen size is generous and very clear. Very easy to set up, took about 10 minutes. No dead pixels and fast screen response time. Love it! |
