Installed everything but doesn't get past POST
After installing all the components, the computer is able to turn on, the cpu fan turns on. However my usb mouse will not turn on, and after the pc has been on, it does not get past POST, so I don't even get to see the bios screen. I even tried clearing the CMOS, and replacing the internal battery. I've also reseated the RAM. Nothing seems to work.
