Fastest system I ever owned
After 15 years of cycling through 4 windows based computers, I decided to try something different. The fact that chrome OS is constantly updated and viral free was a strong factor in my decision (and the price). I looked at Mac mini but it was much more $. Anyway, I am surprised at how fast the system is and I have been using the google cloud based apps with no difficulty. The system has so impressed me I just ordered the $249 Wifi only Chromebook. With my Google Voice number I will dump my cell phone as well. Using the Chromebox,I have been working on some projects for a non-profit organization on developing a website using Google sites - we were up and running in 5 hours from start to finish. The president of the organization has commented several times on the speed of this system. He'll be ordering one soon.

Chromebox review
This the worst product I have ever purchased. The broswer pages are slow to load or don't load at all. My attempts to contact Google have received no response. I am at a loss. I have several computers and tablets that have no issues like the one I'm with my chromebox.

Perfect for use as an internal terminal!
I have been waiting for a product like this for a long time, maybe ten years. Now that the Cloud is all but a foregone conclusion as to the future of computers you will start to see computers trending in the way of the Google Chromebox from now on. Obviously, this early version of the Chromebox will be improved upon greatly and costs will drop but haven't we already become accustomed to this inevitable pace of change? That being said, this product is a great start into the world of terminal computers (cloud computing) and you can learn the ropes before the rest of the herd catches onto what has already happened in the world of computers

too much money
processor too slow and no keybd, mouse or monitor. Wonder what Samsung is thinking? Sure wish I knew more about chrome os.
