This laptop is just AWESOME. I have the acer aspire 5672 which has the T2300 processor and an x1400 graphics card instead of the T2500 here and an x1600 graphics card. even then this just crushes games!! fear, battlefield 2142, doom3, farcry, quake 4. The performance on this is just awesome!! The only two downsides are the partitioning which is kinda wierd and doesnt allow you to install linux. and u will have to reformat to ntfs, but in doing so u lose your windows install. u can recover the acer programs though if u created an application backup dvd before formatting. and the other thign is this thing gets HOT. sometimes gets irritating because the area for teh palm rest gets warm but other wise you KNOW its hot but u cant feel it. awesome in winter to keep your hands warm!! this problem goes away when on battery mode when u turn down the performance of the processor. Its not a major issue. even tho i am here in texas!! it does not compromise the performance of the lapto
