Good product

Does exactly what I want it to do. Have to produce 80 to 100 CDs times 2 and 80 to 100 DVDs times 2 - three times a year plus other smaller jobs. Already used a Microboards 3 copy machine that has been used for 2 years and has never failed. The 7 copy duplicator has produced a little over 100 copies with no errors. The two units cut back my production time from days to hours. Units have a short learning curve and have not failed on any of the various manufacturer's discs that have been used. Also have a automated inkjet label machine so the process is much more enjoyable than the days of single copies and single labels.
