awesome picture
The tv has a awesome picture. however the sound quality is weak. Definitely purchase a surround sound system for excellent audio. one thing to note, you will need a special jack for the surround sound. one to combine the two audio cables into one headphone style jack. that is the only way to make any additional speakers work on the tv

Great Non-Smart TV
I bought this TV after the power supply board cooked on my last 47'' LED. (voltage regulators most likely). We did not need internet connectivity, or 3D, and LG has a good reputation, so I took the leap.We have had it 1 day, but so far so good. I have read reviews that the picture quality is bad, but I think they were using the in store picture settings. I spent just a few minutes adjusting mine, and the picture is great! Others dislike the sound quality, but all thin LED TVs have that issue. I use a surround system. I did get the 3 year additional warranty for $89, just in case. I would definitely buy this again!

Good product with only minor complaints
The picture quality is good and set-up was very easy. The start-up booklet is very basic but the cd-rom (included) is very comprehensive. Main complaints- no freeze frame, only 3 HDMI inputs, remote only functions for the TV and no RCA jacks audio output.
