Easy to install, works perfectly
This unit plus cat 6 cables sped up the connection between my computers by something on the order of a factor of 4 (my estimate).

Does exactly what it say it does
Have had very few issues with these phones in an enterprise environment. Can set up DHCP-enabled VOIP phones, dual-sub net development workstations, this switch handled it all.

Quality Product for a Fair price
I needed to add 3 additional ports for expansion of new hardware on small business network. This did just the trick. Small footprint, gigabit for future, and a quality piece of metal (not plastic). Bought an additional one myself for home, just in case. :)

Great Product to solve a DSL slow speed option
I was worried about extending to 175 ft a desktop install and used the higher quality Netgear GS105 to insure high speed and consistent signal strength. The installation was simple and the result perfect! Great product and quality at a higher price but worth the money.
