OK
Product works great, but I just have two complaints. 1. No manuel was included. 2. WiFi does not work.

Decent for the price
Blu ray player works fine and I thought the set up and configuration utilities were very intuitive. For the money, pretty good deal. I had read the description and was aware that it was not wi-fi (the description is pretty clear), which is ok because I had a hard wired connection anyway. My biggest frustration was that the netflix software for this particular blu-ray does not allow subtitles. So if you watch movies with subtitles like I do, this is not the blu-ray player for you. Additionally, while the blu-ray player worked with one hard wired connection, when I moved it to another room it does not. Obviously the first assumption is a bad connection, but my laptop and Roku box both worked fine on either connection, so that one has me baffled.

Refurbish was a warning sign in this case
There are certain things I do not buy as refurbs. Did not expect the BlueRay player to be a dud but it was DOA. Used the 30-day warranty and am waiting for another player to arrive. This was a case of a deal that was too good to be true.

Bad product, dont buy it
I recently purchased this product. I tried to use it with two different TVs using HDMI cable but it did not work. Total waste of money.

No Manual Included
Item was okay, but it did not include the manual. Just make sure you have wireless connection when hooking up. Company should have provided manual.
