This T.V. is great for the money. I have done all the research and looked for about a month at low priced lcd's. The picture is fantastic in 720P and 1080i. The features it offers are great. I got the T.V for 480, and could not be happier. I have ran in constantly for about 6 months and have not had a single problem. It does have some quirks but they are bearable. Konka is the 2nd largest producers of T.V's and electronics in china so you know you can trust this brand. I was very skeptical at first, but I figured what the hey for that price. You won't be disappointed in this product. This product ranks as well as top producers... so don't be afraid by the brand or others reviews.

I bought this HDTV at TigerDirect.com. They shipped it next day, I received it in six days. Good service. When I hooked-up the TV I didn’t know how to turn it on. The manual is not very clear. I pushed the on button on the right side of the screen, nothing happened. I thought the TV was DOA. I called the phone number that KONKA gave me. They answered on the first ring. That told me to look in the left bottom of the screen where it said ON/OFF there is a switch under TV Dumb me! TV. I turned it on.
I have Comcast HD service in my area. The picture is great. Not one bad pixel. I connected it to my surround sound system. At the price at is selling for I would definitely buy at. I have had it for two weeks. I did buy the two year warranty

Great product for the price. Had mine for about 5 months now and the picture quality, after I bought the HDMI cable is awesome. Wired it through my sound system and all HD broadcasts are great. Would recommend this product.

Bought the unit for Christmas. It worked well for two months before the electronics went south and I had to send it to California. It's been back and working well for a week now. I don't know if our first experience is a harbinger of things to come or not. Perhaps more money for brand name might have been better. Wife likes it, and I bought it for her. The extended warranty might be a good idea with this brand.
