I purchased this monitor I worked great out of the box color and clarity are great. I bought it because it was cheap I knew that going in. It lasted about a year and then I started having problem with it not turning off and not being able to wake it up after it went in to stand by or power save mode it was a great monitor I just wish it would have lasted longer. I am still considering another one to replace the old one. |

I ordered the refurbished model - the first one received came on briefly and then died. Do not call Dell - they don't service these refurb units (that apparently is handled through a third party, not through Dell!). However, Tiger Direct did promptly exchange the unit for one that has worked great so far since it was within the 30 day exchange period. |

I recieved the monitor and it worked for a minute then the screen went blank and i couldnt turn it off without unplugging it. I have sent it back which is a pain in the but to do and i am waiting for a response from tigerdirect |

This is a very nice monitor. I replaced a huge old school monitor. I am so excited about this, I feel as if I have finally stepped into the world of technology. The best thing about this monitor is that my desk no longer looks so cluttered and 80's. |

This monitor is an excellent deal. At first it appeared to be DOA but it was only a defective power cable. Replaced with one I had on hand and it works like a charm. |

So far so good. Bought it to replace my old 15 inch LCD. Very sharp images. Now it is adjacent to my girlfriends Dell 1900FP (one of the best reviewed monitors out there) and really holds its own. At this price, it's a steal. |
