Doesn't work as described
Got excited by its stylish looks for a few minutes after unpacking it. I got a refurbished item. There was a mark of a big cut on the device. Looks like someone tried to use a screw driver to open the cover. Get very disappointed while using it to play movies. It can't play any DVDs which is a huge minus. Feel being cheated as DVD playing is described as one feature. I intended to use this to replace my old DVD player too. This is totally not acceptable since it is a brand name product. On the positive side, Blu-Ray works. It makes me feel better. HDMI and Wi-Fi connection work fine with easy setup.

Won't Load Discs
This player won't load any discs (blu-ray, dvd). I have reset the unit to the original factory settings several times, but it still won't play. Very disappointed.
