Good Phone but do not get it wet...

I have had several Sony Ericsson This phone and the 580i do not take getting damp well The person that had problem with his screen and buttons uses it in the rain or sweats alot. Both are bad for this phone. take impacts good takes good pictures 2 gig card take a long time to fill up with photos and music. |

Bought This phone about 1 1/2 years ago takes a licking and still kicking mind you all this takes place in Trinidad NOT USA bess phone |

I bought this phone for my son last year and it has survied very well. His phone has service where my phone, on the same plan does not. We have since purchased on for his brother, and now I am purchasing one for myself. |

This phone is horrible, the first week that I had it the volume button broke so i could only turn it up. About a month later the speakers stopped working, which was the best thing about the phone. After that, the phone started to really slow down, and took around 3-5 seconds to respond from pushing each button. Bye the end of the second month i had the phone it also started to not recognize the 4gb scandisk card i had in it, and it wouldn't recognize my 1gb card either. Finaly if as if that all was not enough my phone has now officially stopped working, the screen flashes white about every ten seconds and makes a funny buzzing sound. Overall I think that this phone is completely over-rated, and should be steered clear of. For the price that i purchased it for i would have much rather gotten the motorola a1200 or the lg shine. |

This phone is great. Listen to all your music, take great photos, videos, and oh yeah, talk on the phone. Everything works but the only downside is that the charger connection on the phone is crappy. 5/5 |

Best phone i have ever used among Motorolla and Pearl.. its the best ..simple..I have also called Sony Service desk and they were very helpful. |

Best walkman I've ever had. Tigerdirect was prompt and very kind , since there were some problems with my order, but now that I have it, it's the best phone/walkman/toy :D I |

I have owned this phone for nearly a year and I have loved it from day one. Its packed full of features, and has amazing voice and sound quality. This is a truely amazing phone. |

Best phone i've ever used, second to none. i love the card slot, with that and a couple of 4GB SanDisks it really is like a walkman. the camera takes great pictures, and has a lot of features. also the huge display is perfect for watching TV shows, movies, fredorator, or what have you.
The only problems i can think of is that the rubber ends of the earphones fall off really easily and you can't buy just that part, and the jacks for the charger and/or headphones arn't really all that strong. |

The phone is super!!!! I like it alot... Music video... pictures radio... and this is only beginning! the only thing that I thought wasn't very good is Exteriour sound.. But i never heard anything better so i suppose it is good for a certaint time.
This is 100% must buy phone! |

In the very rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it the damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return authorization and EXCHANGE the damage phone for a like or similar model depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.

We know it might've been an accident, but whether it suffered a small splash of water or a swim in an ocean, they can't take it back. There are test indicators in the phone that let the supplier know that the handset has been wet. |
