Hey Chuck, dude your power supply is a cheap one i am guessing?You actaully have to spend the money and buy a good one when you buy a card like this.I know cause i blew up my 450 watt psu with 2 256 xfx cards.It kept freezing my pc and kept getting warm just like you said yours did.Mine was a brand new 450 psu,only it was a cheap one and came with my tower.Buy sli ready one and spend over 100$ for it. |

this card is offered in the dell xps410's. it's just great having sli on one card cause they only give you 1 pci 16 slot. so it's a good deal for me and what an improvement in the graphics.
to bad dell puts everything ass backwards in their pc's though. but it works for me. |

This may be a good card not sure never got it to work for me. Had to send it back and installed 2 BFG GeForce 7950 GTOC 512mb they worked much better without a problem. |

GREAT VIDEO CARD works without any problems.
its worth the money. i had the 7600GS and the
settings all the way up on bf2 and i put this
card in and the settings all the way up and
it looked better, better shaders better shadowing everything is great.

this video card is sick, i got 2 of these and i got a new asus 590 motherboard and 8 gb of ram(i went i bit crazy) and amd 3800+x2 this card rocks!!!!!!!!!! i play half life 2 on x32 antialising and everything on max detail and my resolution is 2560x1600 on my view sonic and its trowing out 350 fps!!!!!! probably cause of my memory but still this is sick i would defenatly recomend it

PCI
- The most widely used I/O bus, it provides a shared data path between
the CPU and peripheral controllers, such as network, display, SCSI and
RAID cards. Though limited in terms of performance, they are considered
the best value when you upgrade your video capabilities on a PC. The PCI
interface can be found and used in nearly any motherboard.

AGP
- The AGP slot is next in line of higher graphic performance. It was designed
especially for the throughput demands of 3-D graphics. It offers up to
8x improvement over a PCI card, is 32 bits wide and runs at 66 MHz. It
provides a direct connection between the card and memory, and only one
AGP slot is on the motherboard. The motherboard must be equipped with
an AGP bus slot for an AGP card to be compatible.(AGP 1x provided a data
transfer rate of 264 Mbytes/sec. AGP 2x is 528 Mbytes/sec. AGP 4x is 1
Gbyte/sec. AGP 8x is 2 Gbytes/sec.)

Express - PCI Express is the newest technology that
