A little slow and touch screen could be more responsive but it is a great remote. Went from 3 remotes to one.

I think it's the best you can get for the price!
I've had this remote for just over a month. Like previous reviews said no manual or software. But I found it easy to set up, and works well. The only thing I wish was different if I could have my way I would have made the ''PLAY BUTTON'' one of the hard keys rather than on the touch screen. The slightly sluggish response of the touch screen make it a little tricky to start where you want when fast forwarding. But all in all a great remote.

Great except no software or manuals
The software CD and manuals were not in my package. You can locate them on logitech's website but it was very disappointing to get an incomplete package and it makes me wonder as to the quality of the refurb. Other than that, it takes a bit to figure how you want to use it and once setup it is pretty fantastic.

excellent concept
I really like the remote but I have a couple of issues with it. 1)The fact that you have to connect it to your computer and download a program to make a change is really annoying. 2) my cell phone has better screen resolution. 3)without reading the manual, programming is not intuitive. Once you read the manual, programming is straight forward. 4) wifi would be awesome and would allow it to update and make changes without a physical connection.

Logitech 1100 remote
This is an excelent remote with many programming options. If you have half a dozen or more separate components this is the remote for you. All activities are customizable and every button can be individually programmed. If you havn't had a Harmony before you may find the set up a little tricky (especially as my refurbished remote came with no instructions or software) however the more you use it the more you can customize the remote for your specific needs. Works well the PS3 adaptor and I am about to purchase a IR remote for my Boxee Box and am confident I can use the learning feature to relegate the boxee remote to the drawer.
