Need Better Quality Control
The unit performed solidly and the display was clear. Unfortunately, it has an acrylic cover which holds a static charge. Dust and insulation that was caught beneath the cover when it was assembled at the factory wandered out and about due to the static charge. Of the five I ordered, at least two had items permanently stuck beneath the acrylic. Make sure you remove the protective sheet on top of the acrylic - it really affects the quality of the display!

somewhat satisfied with the product.
When it was arrived, the LCD screen had 1 permanent pixel dent. Everything else was in good condition.

Holding Final judgement
The unit displayed well at fist but on the second week now displays a solid blue line in the vertical mode towards the right side. I will be contacting them Monday for return instructions. A shame as it is a beautiful large picture. I will see how a replacement works!

Arrived Broken
I had high hopes for this frame but it arrived with all of the internals loose. Just from inspecting packing anc frame I would not ever buy anything made by Aluratek.

Good Customer service ... but the product?
Great price BUT the first ADMPF315F arrived with a defective circuit board. The replacement unit arrived with a group of pixels in the upper left that were black. The display itself is defective. We kept the unit but it has very poor quality control. Though customer service is good, the product is poor.
