Not hot swap
I ordered this item thinking that it was hot-swap, but found that instead you had to bolt each drive to a tray, with four screws, and then insert that tray into the rack. I thought this was like the mass cool device that allows you to simply slip a 2.5 inch drive in, and close the door. If you have only four drives that you wish to use this is probably okay, but I wanted the flexibility of using many drives, and I wasn't going to remove screws then bolt the new drive to the tray, then insert it. Therefore I give this item and unacceptable rating. I'm sure the quality is fine, and it's not very expensive, but it fails as being a hot-swap, in my opinion. Look to the masscool device instead.
