good network card
needed to add another 1000 card to my server. This card does the job. Just plugged it in and booted up. Win 8 loaded the drivers, and does not conflict with my other nics.

When my Motherboard hardware network adapter malfunctioned,I ordered this item in place of it. this was inexpensive and filled the need. Now I am getting 30 MBS down and 20 MBS up checked with speed test

Fixed my troubles
Had a Rackable half depth gateway server that dropped its pcie gigabit adaptor, replaced with this one for half the price of other offerings and could not be happier. My Linux Server detected this card and it seems to work great.
