Amazing video card! Now I can play AO-3 and C&C Generals on their max definition without a glitch. Just my 2 cent: don't forget to change the BIOS - “AGP Aperture” to its minimum - I've set mine in 4 MB because it forces all calls beyond to the threshold of 4 MB to be routed through the EVGA 256MB and that's exactly what you want. Make this beast roar! Easy to install, no hassles and the best, for an extremely good price.

i bought this card to upgrade from a 64megabyte geforce 2. if your on a budget and need a good gameing video card , this one is pretty good for the price. i can play toca race driver 3 with the video settings turn all the way up and it plays nice and smooth. it also plays the following games nicely , halo, GTA sanadreas, Morrowind, SWAT4, simcity4, juiced, and BF1942 . its not ment to be a gameing video card but it can do it alright.

ok i waited 2 weeks to post so i can test this card out. the first one i got was deffective , so if you get line in the screen just go get another one, tiger asked me no questions , just gave me a new one and it works fine. for 40 dollars after rebate is good card for till u can afford something over 100 doll range. first after u install new driver for it u also have a video cad temp monitor built in the software that is very cooooool... this card runs HOT and it gets hot fast. i have a aspire t135 yes yes the 300 dollar one lol. i have a tornado fan at 4800 rpm that is lloooooud but drops my temps from 70s to 50 s. that tornado fan i use it as an exhaust in the rear of case then i ll get another one to put in front of the case to blow air on the card more , maybe i can get the card to mid to high 30 s . i play CCS, IS, half life 2 day of defeat. and 800 by 600 res,. the day of defeat i play the next res. up because the games do lag in higher then 800 by 600 ..play in 800-600 to be saf

Works for some games, but is absolutely horrible for BF2. I'm working w/ a P4 2.4, 1 Gb RAM and this graphics card. Horrible. Game keeps crashing and when it doesn't it looks like my character is on LSD or some other drug.

Very nice card for what I use it. I play movies and do some gamming but not much though. It is a great card if you are just looking for a nice upgrade from your stock graphics card. I bought this card because I needed something to support my 20 inch widescreen and this card does a great job.
