Customer Reviews
Does not work in Dell Dimension 4600
I now have two of these. My purpose was to upgrade my existing 2nd monitor's video. Using my older PCI card, with the BIOS video set to AUTO, the 2nd monitor displays during POST. Remove the old card and install either VAR128P and the monitor stays dark. Set BIOS to integrated, it boots on the other monitor all the way into VISTA, but VISTA sees only one video adapter. So, it's a hardware problem on this computer.
Complaining about this card
Are people serious? Complaining about a 32MB PCI VGA card not working with Vista and Windows 7. What did you expect? This is a cheap, low tech solution for older machines. If you are buying this for your new Windows 7 computer, shut your computer down, unplug it, and chuck your computer out the window, because you don't deserve to own a computer.
Can't get it to work yet
The drivers are not working with the DELL 360 at the office.
Windows 7
Tge card itself is great but the only issue is getting it to work with Windows 7
Does not work in Vista
I get the same as others. Won't turn on is the message from the device manager. It recognizes the card, and asks for drivers, but won't turn on. Don't know if it is software or hardware issue.
