It works
I have had this product for a week now and no real issues. I use a 5v .7a usb wall adapter for power. And when I put my computer in standby mode I have to disconnect it from power to make it come out of standby mode. I have a sata hard drive, usb remote, usb wireless adapter, and a printer pluged into it and no issues at the moment.
