Read the description closely and fine print
Careful folks this item does not fit the Thinkpad T61 and once you open the box it is yours. I now have a $180 paper weight.

Very good product
I purchased this product to replace the original battery that came in one of my staff's T61 ThinkPads. The increase in battery life is more than pleasing. I have used this same battery, and others similar, in a number of ThinkPads over the past several years. Very good laptops, excellenct battery.
