This completely false these units provide far superior quality over any distance greater than 10ft , if you like dark grainy pictures by all means buy a Y splitter but do so knowing your wasting your money

This product is no better then a Y-splitter (which you get get for 10 bucks) I was going to use it in order to use my TV and monitor as displays at the same time but this splitter reduces the quality of both the TV and Monitor. Don't waste your money, if your curious to how bad buy a Y-splitter for 10 bucks and you'll get the same result.
