Very misleading! The instructions state: ''No need to use the keyboard or mouse while dialing...'' however the Phone Commander Model 30580 will not allow you to dial a VoIP call using your telephone keypad. The CablesToGo tech support chat confirmed this (as you can read)...
Stephen: I have just installed Internet Phone Commander model 30580. I am able to dial a call using the skype window and keyboard but not using the telephone keypad.
Jeff: That is handled in the software
Stephen: OK. Is there something to configure so that I can dial using the telephone keypad?
Jeff: No, there is not. It's a limit of the device.
Stephen: So are you saying that this device does not let you dial using the telephone keypad?
Jeff: That's correct.
