Great picture
It has plenty of features and the picture was even better than I had hoped for. I have been able to watch data format videos through the usb port as well, and it performed well with only a few glitchy-spaz-like moments (once in a while). Software seems very slow, but for the price, I could not have done any better than this product.

To Refurbished or not to Refurbished-TV ROCKS
The price of the item was great. the condition of the set was better than expected. no scratch appeared brand new. The only two bad things was the condition of the remote control appeared to be very second hand and scratched. and also no literature with this set. but overal I might try Refurd items again.

Works great so far...
I bought the refurbished Vizio E472VL. In my opinion Vizio has the best picture compared to Samsung, Panasonic & cheaper models. The picture is very crisp, the colors well balanced. The built-in audio is fine, but when I hook it up via the optical port to my home theatre system it is awesome! The onboard apps is fantastic! Now I can watch Netflix seamlessly without having to mess with the Wii or hook my laptop up to it.

Works Great - The 2nd Time
The TV is excellent and the built in applications run more smoothly than any other TV apps I have seen. However, the refurbished TVs do not always work. Our first one arrived and the remote sensor was defective. However, the return process is a breeze. And we received a working TV within 4 days of returning the old one. If the first one had worked as they promise then this would be a 5-star review.
