A waste of your money
I purchased this blu ray player a short 3 months ago and now I can only turn it off by unplugging it... after it freezes every single time I try to log on to Netflix. It freezes, skips and shuts down but not off. I am disgusted.

Frequently freezes, menu skips, shuts down
Interface was slow, menu would skip back to home for no reason while navigating it, sometimes system would shut down for no reason. It did not play certain video formats it is advertised to play. Navigating the menus was so frustrating I returned this item.
