Samsung is a high quality product
I have experienced an intermittent problem with this TV. Occassionally the volume control stops functioning and I have to power sequence the TV to get it back. I am currently working with Samsung on this issue. But I love this TV and it is my third Samsung. I have them in three different rooms. Samsung Junky

Controls on the back
The controls are literally in the back and would have preferred some controls on the side or where accessible. The TV has to be unmounted to put any new devices and is a risky because of the weight and wall mounts do not take frequent meddling
