If you have a case on the note you might need to remove it first. This mount makes the phone easy and safe to use while drive. You can use voice commands.

Works well for GPS navigation
I bought this to use while using the Navigation application. It works well for that as well as general operation of the phone while in the car. When I asked via chat whether the product came with a charger, I was told it does not--but it does! I bought a Candy Shell case for my Note, and unfortunately I have to remove it from the case in order to use the car mount--which is not the easiest thing to do.
