SIM Card Activation:
The following information will help you when purchasing or refilling your SIM card minutes to work with DetectiGo™, which requires service activation. DetectiGo™ is a cutting-edge technology product, which works on existing mobile phone networks. Your DetectiGo™ comes with a complimentary blank T-Mobile SIM card at the time of your purchase at no additional cost, and does not include prepaid airtime minutes. You must activate and purchase your SIM card minutes or your device will not function.

Once you have exhausted your airtime minutes, DetectiGo™ will not respond to commands nor will it notify you that your minutes have been used. It is up to you to know the number of minutes left on your SIM card.

We have provided a complimentary blank T-Mobile card to help you get started. Please call 305-265-8080 (9am-5pm Mon-Fri EST) for service activation and let them know you are a DetectiGo™ customer. Please have the following information ready:
