Very nice and great for the price! Cant beat it!
I like everything about it but the feel of the case- The plastic seems a little Cheaply made but it may just be to keep the weight down but I like my old ACER'S case its firm and sturdy feeling. The HP is a great machine for the every day computer user who just needs a great preforming home computer. It does everything well. No complaints. Refurb but you would never know Looks great. I very highly recommend this unit.. Buy It you will love it . You will not beat the deal anywhere. 17.3 clear monitor and it's a quick unit despite what the others said I just don't see it slow.. Under $400.00 Get one while you can.

Excellent Value
The laptop has been so well refurbished, I could not tell it apart from a brand new product. I haven't found the slightest flaw with the hardware or software. Delivered on time, as promised. Thanks tigerdirect

Very Happy with the PC
This refurbished unit looks new. I use Microsoft office 2010 using all their apps and have no issues at all. I am very happy. The PC arrived quickly.

Excellent value
I've used this laptop for almost a month and am very happy with it except for one feature The touch for the keys requires quite deliberate and heavy pressure, or there are skipped letters when I type. I think this just means that I have to type a little more aggressively than I usually do. Otherwise the machine came in beautiful condition, and has performed beautifully. Since I am not a techie, I cannot give any better description of its performance than that it works. I can't tell it is not a new machine.

Not too shabby
So my laptop's video memory went south just before I went on vacation, so I needed a cheap replacement fast. So I found this one. It's decent, albeit slow. I already replaced the HD with a Seagate hybrid and the DVD drive with a Blu-Ray. I may see what doubling the RAM can do for me. All in all, for the price, a pretty decent buy.
