Spent a day getting it going, lots of software problems, seems you have to run the PT Publisher as administrator. Not sure what I did right to get the drivers correct, but once you get it going it is really really cool... add your files, add the label, send it to the machine, gets queued up, let it run over night. Just a note that you can watch youtube music videos while it burns :)

I was very disappointed with the quality of the device. I had an issue with the robotics. It would not pick up the disks correctly and would constantly abort jobs. Tech Support is a complete joke, for something at this price you would expect more, or at least some courtesy. It took them more than a month to decide to take the unit and repair it under warranty. Now it drops the completed disks in the incorrect place, and they in turn slide back towards the device and jam the bottom cd tray.

I was not fully satisfied with this product. After about 1500 Cds it started aborting jobs...when I called tech support and then customer service they made me jump through several hoops and send them my original PR before determining it was under warrenty. Once it was repaired and returned to me it had several screws loose and within a week it had another ailment. Also, it takes an unusual amount of time to duplicate DVDs.

This is a nice disk publisher, the printer is fast and photo-quality. It is a little noisy though. The only other complaint I have is that it doesn't print on the whole disk, there is always a small white ring left around the disk. Other than that, I have no complaints. Primera sent me some free recordable cd's and something to change the compacity of the publisher.
