My first new monitor
I was going to get an another monitor of about this size, but glad I chose this Samsung model. It's very sleek and elegant looking. Everything is automatic but the touch buttons along the lower corner surprised me a bit. That takes getting used to. I keep accidentally bumping them as I move the monitor around. I think I can get used to it though. I would highly recommend this monitor and size for smaller close-knit computer setups. This 19'' is about as big as I can fit and this unit fits perfectly in my setup. The software included installed quickly and easily, even the option of a LOT of different languages. Set up was pretty easy, but the new screw setup is a little new for me, but I like it.

Great Deal
The picture quality is great. Despite some reviews, the monitor DOES have a tilt feature (just hold down the base while you tilt it...it's stiff, but it works fine). It is a standard wide-screen width to height ratio. As a matter of fact, even WinXP was able to auto adjust to the perfect resolution for readability. Had I read the description better, I would have noticed that it has VGA-only connections. I was a bit surprised that it didn't offer an HDMI connection, but it seems to work just fine with VGA. It's crisp and the colors calibrated without too much effort.

Nice monitor. Installed quickly, self-adjusted to optimal settings. Widescreen is just right for new vids.

Great Product
Great product for a schweeeet price - if you're not used to a back-lit LCD you might have trouble adjusting to this one - it's a lot brighter than a standard LCD monitor but it does come with great software to make tweaks for appearance & performance - I highly recommend it...

shape is bad
too wide for height no included speakers interface with speakers is very bad only good point is it is thin and lite samsung really screwed up on this design.
