VERY Satisfied
Let my son talk me into buying his apple mac machine and spent six frustrating months trying to use Windows on that. When I went back to Windows I thought I would feel like I stepped down in laptop quality, feel like I was holding an inferior machine. That did not happen with this Samsung. I am well pleased. It is everything I wanted. The only drawback I can think of is little unpredictable mouse pad or sticky toggle, but I bought a separate mouse and love the combo.

Quality Build - Great Price
Advertised as 32-bit, iti is actually 64-bit...which I prefer. Everything is great and wish it had a scroll bar on the mouse track pad. It's taking me time to adjust to the track pad and I often hit it with my palm...which then moves the cursor. Features are great for the price and a much better case than what is typical for the price range. I use the PC mostly for browsing, so can't comment on performance of CPU-intensive apps. This PC does not get too hot when used on you lap.

Very Happy
I purchased this laptop for my daughter whom was starting college this year. The unit was very quick and responsive when I set it up for her. It has enough features to cover all of the items she needs to do and more

Great deal on a refurb
I paid $430 for this refurb laptop to use for school, and it feels like a $600 laptop or more. Pros: 2xUSB 3.0, HDMI port, battery life, GT520m, turbo mode to 2.9GHz, clear and vivid screen, brushed aluminum casing, good packaging (looked brand spankin new out of the box, no nicks, scuffs, nothing), relatively thin, quick charge time, noiseless fan, very cool to the touch even when gaming (only game i've played is Crusader Kings II), fast open from sleep mode, nice keyboard (touchpad isn't as bad as people say), quiet HDD, WiMAX and WiDi capability, hinges are very sturdy, very quiet machine. Cons: pretty heavy, WIFI card has given me some troubles, speakers are nothing special IMO.
