I would like to inquire for the serial number of my tv box. i cant install my tv box unit on my pc. it always ask for the serial number. the model of my unit is USB2.0BOX.

No Support
The software for this product is no longer supported. So if you buy it and the software doesn't work you're out of luck. The original provider of the software was bought by c-o-r-e-l and they don't support it.
Dont buy it
I would not recommend this item to anybody. spend a few more dollars and get quality.
good product
it cam in hand being station in a deployed location where we have AFN channels to be able to get the info need the bad it didnt come with soft ware that vista supported i had to down load it from the company website and i still havent been able to get the remote to work properly but other wise its works great.
