Awesome laptop for the money. Battery could be better and there is a bluetooh button with no bluetooh. However I was well aware of both as I did some research before purchasing. Battery is easy to upgrade but have not yet found out how to add the bluetooth module other than usb. Over all the thing ROCKS!!!! Way worth every penny.. Am very happy with it. |

I purchased this app. 3 weeks ago to supplement our main family Dell desktop and am most pleased with the fuctionality of unit. The display is above average, the speed is great and the set-up is remarkably minimal (as compared with other computers I've worked with). Here are the only 'negative observations: I would have preferred a NTFS disk structure; it comes as a FAT32 with two partitions and the recovery partition is way too large relative to the C drive. The wireless set-up is a bit challenging for the uninitiated and requires enabling of the Wireless Zero Configuartion service from the Computer Managment menu - something not detailed in any instructions. Beyond that, it meets or exceeds my expectations. |

ok this is my first notebook, had it for about a week and so far thing rocks, great wireless signal, the 3100 sempron is a little powerhouse, screen is aweseome. the only downs are definetly the battery life, i'm a paramedic with plenty of down time and i've been able to get maybe an hour and 15 min out of it, the only other thing is the speakers, they down right suck, but for $500.00 i can deal with both of them. It's got ALL the speed i need, and does the job fine. |
