I was expecting more based on the reviews
I replaced a Cisco (Linksys) wifi router with this due to speed problems and signal repeatedly dropping out on the A band. Well, signal still repeatedly drops out on the A band. On 7 different computers. And 3 Alfa USB wifi adapters. Still getting lower speeds matching the old router.... I think I spent my money for nothing. This router does have a few nice features in the interface though, and seems easy enough to manage. Doc's are pretty good.

Great product -- replaced 2 older WiFi routers
I used this one to replace 2 older dual band routers. The range and bandwidth are greater than I had with those 2 older ones spread around the house. Have 2 iPads (get cable TV on the iPads via Cablevision), 1 iPhone, and a Samsung smartTV eating airwaves with no issue. Highly recommend.

Great coverage throughout entire house
works perfectly. no issues. simple to set up. Speeds greatly increased over the 5+ year old netgear router. can stream Netflix n xbox and youtube on computer at the same time now. highly recommended. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Great Router... Worth the Money
This router solved my problems. I had difficulty receiving a wireless signal in parts of my house, and now I have a strong signal everywhere. The signal is stable and has not dropped out once.

I love this wireless router! Simple to set up, powerful wireless signal. Great range. Very useful options in the admin web interface. I have a good collection of cheaper devices that didn't quite measure up to what I was expecting. So far this device lives up to what Asus promises and well worth the price for me.

Does what it should
I'm a little indifferent on this. I replaced a wonderful router that never gave me any trouble, but I was looking for higher speed and wider coverage in the new house with the router placed in a more obscure location in the basement. So far I haven't delved very deeply into the setup options, but coverage even with the three antennae seems about the same as the old router. And speeds have not improved much if at all. Still it's hard to dislike the beautiful look of the Dark Knight. I'll mess with some additional settings eventually to see if speeds improve.

Awesome router! Delivers exactly as expected!
The range on this unit is better than the model it replaced. It not only supplies the shop (metal lined inside and out), it also supplies a house which is over 200 linear feet away plus has signal beyond the opposite side of that house. Well worth the money if you want a good router. Placed the router in the shop window and it lit up the whole hillside.

I finally found a wireless router that actually does what is advertised. Easy setup, Bets range of any wireless router I have used, and parental controls that actually works. Buy it
