Do more research
Outstanding service by these guys, however may want to shop around for another printer. My CP1525nw worked perfect for nine months then started to print very light copies. I naturally assumed it needed toner. Wrong, its currently in the shop and may need a new photoreceptor or possibly a fuser. Needless to say, probably why these printers are sold as refurbished. Mine was purchased as new. Definitely, stick with these guys, however, I would consider another printer.
