Good for the money
Runs great, looks like new, and my daughter couldn't be more pleased. I plan on adding another 4GB of RAM to it (yes, it does have two slots). However, the fingerprint reader often doesn't work correctly.

Good laptop for the money
First off, this does have two slots for RAM. No issues with the computer at all - runs very nicely. Bloatware is easy to identify and eliminate. I have it on a laptop cooler pad, and where I rest my hands on the case is almost always cool to the touch. I definitely recommend getting this machine.

It's the best deal
This is a great computer that feels very up-to-date with features and will hold its own for a couple of years (for my purposes at least). Only thing is I will probably upgrade to 8GB RAM for more intense multi-tasking. It is refurbished and there is a tiny little flaw in the screen, but I cannot see the flaw when the screen is on so it was not worth complaining over.

Slow Harddrive
This system is good except for the slow harddrive. 5400 rpm takes a while to bootup. Once up and running performance is is as expected for quad.

Absolutely Amazing!
I can't say how much I love this laptop. Very classy brushed-metal finish, runs very cool for being a quad core with AMD graphics. Powerful, too. I'm running Half-Life 2 and the new Batman Arkham City on maxed out settings and have seen very little frame lag. The HP fingerprint reader is VERY handy. The drivers allow you to cache website logins and use your finger scan to sign into Facebook, Gmail, etc. Keyboard is quite and feels nice to type on. I was expecting the Beats Audio to have a little more bass kick, but that's understandable. They're still laptop speakers. I maxed out mine with 16GB of RAM so I could run Virtual Machines. So far so good. All-in-all, an EXCELLENT laptop, especially at the refurb price.
