Good value once proper drivers installed
Once I located the driver for 32bit Windows XP on the Iogear website, the device operates flawlessly. A bit frustrating that the application on the CD did not work correctly out of the box, but this was a minor issue.

Small and Convenient
Took a little work to get Windows XP, the adapter and my phone to talk to each other, but it worked. However, I have decided it is easier just to pull the micro SD card out of my phone and plug it in to my computer to move files around.

Home Entertainment
This finally did the trick for my MacBook! The aluminum unibody has poor Bluetooth range. Now I can reliably use my wireless trackpad and keyboard to control my mac in another room.

Worth the price
I bought two of these, one for my windows computer, and one for my linux computer; to my surprize the windows computer took about 30 minutes to set up ( not that hard just had to download updated drivers first) and only about five minutes for my linux computer which reconized the device like five seconds after I pluged it in. The computer is an old AMD 3800+ running on a gigabyte mother board that I built last year from spare parts, it runs mint 11. The adapters are used for my cell phones to sync them with my computers, and they work great. I would recomend them.

Wouldn't run speakers on WinXP netbook
Got a Creative Labs D80 Wireless Bluetooth Speaker for my granddaughter's birthday, but found her Dell Inspiron Mini WinXP netbook did not have bluetooth. Bought this thing as a fix, Was then able to successfully pair the computer with the speaker, but could not make the speaker available as a selection for the output device for sound.
