better than expensive set
They work better than some at 3 times the price. Sound is clear and mike works well. I have 4 computers in house and 4 grand kids that visit. sometimes things get broken. I keep 3 sets around so when wires get yanked or steeped on I can drop broken headset in trash and plug in another 1 and keep going. Can't afford to do that with expensive set.

Get something else
I don't know if it is the headphones or the smaller phone jack adapter that came with this, but the sound is lost unless you hold the connection just right, which defeats the purpose of a hands free telephone.
