Too Slow
I have been using for few months. Sometime it does not recognized network drive. It performs very slow. I will not recomend anyone to buy this notebook.

No support
Overall, laptop performance is ok. Biggest issue is sometimes lack of connectivity to the internet. 3 other computers in house do not experience this. Tried contacting Samsung support and never rec'd a reply. I love Samsung products but stay away from their laptops.

Great Product - can buy online!
This is my first laptop, and it has been a pretty good transition. The size is nice, and I love having the numeric keypad. The only that is irritating is that as I type, I sometimes hit a combination of keys that somehow open other screens or move my cursor to other parts of what I am typing. I wish I knew how to do those things on purpose! My fingers will eventually adjust to the smaller keyboard of a laptop and stop doing these things. Overall, I would recommend this laptop.

Best Deal
Nice features for the price. The exterior is beautiful and classy. The screen is awesome with very good resolution. The interior is packed with big hard drive, RAM is good enough and slots for more, multiple outlets (HDMI out)etc. Overall good buy for the price.

Good bang for the buck
Bought this to replace aging desktop. Much faster and more features. I'm going to boost the ram to 8gigs to try and take advantage of the Quad core processor

Pretty Good Laptop
So far, the laptop is working well. The only thing that sucks about the laptop is that it has Windows. LOL. Windows sucks! If you like big screens, this is the laptop for you. It's definitely worth the price.

Nice Laptop
In this era of downsized laptops, a big screen and frame is just what I was looking for. Overall, this unit is somewhat plasticky, but not objectionally so. Matte screen a plus. Easy set up, big hard drive, powerful processor. I added another 4Gb of RAM for under $30 and this thing hums along nicely.
