Awsome deal
I learned the hard way about the memory limitations of Windows 7 Home Premium. I guess it only recognizes 16GB maximum memory. I will have to upgrade my O.S. to either Windows 7 Pro or Windows 8. When I purchased my computer around 2009, 24GB of memory would have cost almost as much as the computer itself. Great memory, very well made and nice dense but sleek heat sinks. Highly recommended.

32bit OS's do not support more than 4GB of RAM
You need to have a 64bit OS to use this memory to its full potential. 32bit operating systems do not and cannot support more than 4GB. If you are into pc building, or even just an upgrade, this is one of the many things you need to know.

Very happy with 8GB module
This module was simple plug and play and 8GB seems like enough for most applications. I don't do gaming or video editing so I've never seen my computer wait for anything. Good product at a good price. Would definitely buy this again.
