Just like my Ex.....
When it's good, it's very good but when it's having issues it's really frustrating. Great unit with much more features and flexibility than any of the others. The ability to access the entire internet is a big bonus. Having a full size keyboard also sets it apart from the rest. Follow the instructions and set up is pretty easy. My biggest complaint is that it requires frequent reboots, when it hangs up and freezes. Why they didn't give us a switch or a button for reboots is beyond. Therefore you have to pull the power plug out of the back of the unit, wait 30 seconds and put it back in. It's stupid but it almost always works. It's a shame Logitech pulled the plug on this product because they were on the right track.

Great 'Next Level' Product
'Next level' because the Logitech Revue really brought my household to that next level technology-wise. I had an HDTV without that built-in wifi component. This was the highest rated at the time and its price had also been almost cut in half. No-brainer, and it really has become a central part of our computer and home-entertainment systems. It does need a reboot from time to time, but that has always solved the problem. You also want a good wifi router that maintains a constant connection. Too bad Logitech decided not to invest anymore resources into it. They're going to let Apple and Roku take over the market. Too bad.

Different features than a Roku
I like some of the features of the Roku, and I like some of the features of the Logitech Revue. Roku has more news, and films (not the greatest films), Google Revue has better access to YouTube but is limited on Fox, NBC, etc. Google Revue has a great keyboard, Roku's remote is limited and dorky. Roku keeps adding stations, Google Revue seems to be stuck at 'what you have, is what you get'. Decide what you want to watch and then choose one (however, the misspelled Revue, is probably going the way of the Edsel and 8 track tape).

Incredible Product
This is my 2nd Logitech 970-000004 Revue with Google TV OEM for a different part of the house. Everything works well. They do need a shock wave patch to make it perfect.

Technology is Good But Always Problems
It's a nice tech product but don't work as expected. At almost all websites it has problems to play videos because the plug in always crash or hangs, then need to restart. There should be some sw updates required for this product to make better or memory is not enough to play, as lot of ads will be running at background. Wasting money and time.
