Received a unit that died!
I was able to use this unit for one day before it died on me. I was impressed and know that I likely just received a dud but was more frustrated with Plantronics than the product. I called the Canadian toll free number that apparently takes you to the U.S. tech support. The rep did not confirm where I was calling from and proceeded to direct me to the procedures for U.S. customers. After spending 15 minutes on the phone and another 10 minutes filling out the online warranty return process I received an error saying that they do not ship to Canadian addresses! I had to call again and was was given the Canadian number (not on the website) and transferred. We'll see what happens as I have not yet returned the unit.

Great value for the price
I purchased this headset for my Samsung Replenish because I have trouble hearing through the handset when there is outside noise. This headset is very nice. It fits well and looks good. The call quality is very good. It connects easily and remains connected even when I walk away from my phone. I've been in the house and my phone in the car and I've stayed connected. Note, with this headset, it does not play custom ringtones so you have to look at the phone or listen to the ringtone on the phone to see who's calling.
