Broke After Two Days
The product was great while it was working (for two days only). After it failed, we had it checked out by Samsung and have an active ticket. They stated that there was a missing partician wall and it is not recoverable. So... we now have to have the product returned for a refund or replacement.

Works for me
I got this to replace a deceased Macbook Pro. Since I only got 4 years out of the Mac and wasn't gonna spend stupid money to replace it, I went with this. I like it. Wish it had backlit keys, and the power jack seems fragile. But for the price it's a decent laptop. Very portable, decent battery life.

Great Performance
As of 10-6-12 I have been using this Samsung for about 2 months and am happy with it. I bought it to use with my Pentax K-5 camera & it is great for downloading the SD card using the SD card slot. I am not use to the Windows 7 yet or the Windows Picture download on a Canon ELPF camera. I am use to the XP set up. I am still learning the digital camera stuff. But over all the computer is very good; fast start up and would recommend this laptop.

Impressive
I have been using this ultrabook for about three weeks now. While not terribly durable, I am thoroughly impressed by its size, weight, and speed. Really a great laptop!
