WIRELESS NOT WORKING
Returned for a replacement. Replacement had a bad battery and would not re-charge a new one. IE and Chrome stopped working. Returning again. While the service (3rd party) was good in responding to these issues, I would be very hesitant to purchase another like pc. Refirbished???????? I wonder what that means?

Needed a backup XP pro machine.
I do my bookkeeping on a XP pro machine and don't plan on changing my program. The only thing that I do not like about the HP 6910P Notebook PC is the lack of a keypad, that's really inconvenient.

Good XP computer
I needed a computer to run an old Cad program I didn't want to lose. Was impressed with like new quality. Only problem I've had so far is that it doesn't come out of sleep mode. I did find same computer for less somewhere else after I bought this one, but not sure it had XP operating System.

No Audio
Received item in a timely manner, but there was no audio when playing DVD's or movies on line. Item was returned for a full refund. Refund was credited to my account within 3 business days. Extremely good service and a great company to do business with,
