I've been running this card for close to a year. Installation went fine--didn't have to load all drivers. XP found some of them. Appears to be working fine. Always checks out well with diagnostics. Sometimes my computer runs a little slow, but I don't think it's the card. Running old 754 socket w/2 GBs of RAM w/300 watt power supply. Outside of box says 8X, but is 4X/8X compatable. So far, so good.

Note: Product may vary from image.
The product I got was very different from the picture. IT HAS NO COOLING FAN.
The card looks, appears to be a much cheaper design.
It did install just fine.
replaced Dead ATI card, so I could not uninstall drivers first.
Booted up, uninstalled ATI drivers, reboot.
Booted up, windows detected and run at low res, downloaded Nvida driver, installed.

This is a wonderful graphics card. I bought it for an older system to play some of the newer games and it works very well. It does not come with a fan as others have mentioned, but I haven't had any trouble with it overheating. Other than not having a fan this is a perfect card for older systems. I highly recommend it.

This is a great card and plays all my games smoothly at 1024 x 768 with maxed out settings. The only problem is that it get HOT! I'm talking easily over 70C! Make sure you put a 80-120MM fan underneath it to help keep it cool because it doesn't have it's own fan unlike the picture.

I bought this card as an upgrade from an 8-year-old SiS pci card - possibly the most obsolete card in the world (couldn't even handle minimizing/maximizing in Windows xp). But this card performs very well in Vista (complete aero experience with transparency) and I can finally use iTunes coverflow :). Overall, this is a great card and comes with a DVI-VGA adapter for the second monitor and even an S-Video to Component and RCA (yellow slot). Very Satisfied.

Unbeelievable, wish they were this price years ago. Had no problems, except for minor windows issues, only wished the card I received had a plug in for the fan, could've snapped the one off my old GeForce 3 Ti200 and popped it on the new one. Just got it yesterday, Jan. 28, 08, did not notice the different looking card or packaging until I came back to write the review. It shows up as the
GeForce 6200 256MB on display panel. Definitely
better browsing on the web, no more slowing down
from flash animations and junk. Well worth the
time and money. Bravo, TigerDirect!!

There isn't a fan as most people say, but for the money this was worth it for playing Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion on Medium Low settings. If you buy this card you MUST get a PCI slot fan to go right below it as it will run around 60C and start causing glitches if you don't.

Great card for the money, nvidea has sold this chip to a few other companies also. I would recommend this as an entry level gaming card (most modern games at medium or medium/low settings) and all games previous to 2008. Works great with video recording and playback, even streaming video. Took all load off of my CPU and built-it graphics. Easy to install, only negative is that mine had no fan and got a little hot after 5 hours of Battlefield 2.
