What to expect from HP
This machine is what we've come to expect from HP. A classy, tool-free chasis, low learning curve, and NOT full of ''bloatware''. Quality gets rated down because mine had a failed optical drive out-of-the-box. Support gets a negative in that it took multiple phone calls and E-mails to convince HP techies to send me the part. Two weeks later when the part finally arived the DVD was playing in ten minutes. Thanks to the tool-free construction. Overall a very good machine.

Great mid-level laptop
What to expect: This laptop is very classy and made of nice materials. Its fit and finish are great. The performance is mediocre but certainly fast enough for business usage. As with any new computer remove all of the trial software before you actually use it. Purchase this with those expectations and you will be happy.

Run from this!!!!
Had nothing but problems. Shipped it back for repairs. Ran very slow, HP bloatware an issue. Came back with more problems than it left with, Reps. are hard to understand ( India or Pakistan?) Read the reviews online. Only the second item I have returned in over 50 years.
