Excellent for using while working out.
I usually put these on while cycling or mountain biking and running. I love these headphones mainly because of the volume control on the cable, I don't have to reach my mp3 player while riding or running to change the volume. I also love the three different sizes of the pieces to put at the end (inside your ear) they fit just right so they don't fall out while working out. And because of that, I don't hear any wind draft on near my ear while riding.
